Mix cream cheese and cheddar. Sprinkle in ranch seasoning and almonds. Fold until mixed well. Shape into a ball or a log. Roll in bacon bits. Warm pepper jelly, stir, and pour over ball/log. Can be made a day in advance and refrigerated (pour pepper jelly over just before serving). Serve with your favorite crackers.
